1.15 Public Offer Agreement – a document posted at https://www.bazhane.com/privacy-policy/, which is an offer to conclude an agreement between the Seller and any third party using the Site and intending to purchase the Product, on certain terms.

1.22 Use of personal data – operations performed by the Administrator with personal data in order to make a decision or take other actions that have legal consequences for the owner of personal data or other persons, or otherwise affect the rights and freedoms of the owner, personal data and other persons.
1.23 Destruction of personal data – actions that make it impossible to reproduce the content of personal data in the personal data system and (or) as a result of which the material media of personal data are destroyed.
1.24 Cookies («Cookies») – data that is automatically transmitted to the Administrator when using the Site using the software installed on the User's device, including IP address, geographical location, information about the browser and type of operating system on the User's device, device characteristics and software used by the User, date and time of access to the Site. Cookies can be "persistent", stored on the computer until the User deletes them, or "session" cookies, stored until the browser window is closed. 2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1 The Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the online store «BAZHANE» may obtain about the User when using the online store website, programs and products of the online store.

4. COMPLIANCE WITH THE PRIVACY POLICY (ENSURING PROTECTION)
4.1 This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Administration of the online store "BAZHANE" regarding non-disclosure and ensuring the confidentiality of personal data that the User must provide at the request of the Administration of the site when registering on the online store website or when placing an order for the purchase of a Product or ordering a service.

8.1. The User's personal data is processed without any time limit, by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.
8.2. The User consents to the Site Administration transferring personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal organizations, telecommunications operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User's order placed on the website of the online store "BAZHANE", including the delivery of the Goods.

8.18. The Administrator uses statistical analysis of Site traffic through Microsoft Clarity. The Administrator does not provide the operator of this service with personal data, but only depersonalized information. The Service is based on the use of cookies on the User's end device.
8.19. The Administrator uses a solution that studies user behavior by creating heat maps and recording behavior on the Site. This information is anonymized before being sent to the service operator so that he does not know which individual it concerns. In particular, passwords and other personal data are not recorded.
9. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
9.1. The User is obliged to:
